§ 1 Ambit of these conditions
All deliveries, services and offers of ababajanhoy.com only take place on these conditions. There will be no other conditions accepted without a confirmation of ababajanhoy.com.

§ 2 Offers

Shipping costs of orders lower than 50 € won’t refund. All recompenses will only pay to bank accounts or by collection only cheque.

§ 6 Warranty

Charging of outstanding debits against ababa.com with orders are not admissible and also no reason for default of payments.

§ 9 Place of performance, Court of jurisdiction
The place of performance is the principal office of ababajanhoy.com.
If the customer is a merchandiser, the court of jurisdiction is also the principal office of ababajanhoy.com.

§ 10 Validity
If one these terms are void or defeasible, all other terms will keep their validity.
